What are your shipping and handling charges for items shipped via UPS? |

If an item is purchased online, we base our shipping and handling rates on the total of the price of all products in the order. It is about 10% of that total price. These items will be sent directly to your "ship to" address. |

When and how will I receive notification of delivery? |

If an item is purchased online and shipped directly via UPS, you will receive an email when the order releases from our distribution center. You should expect to receive the item within 7 - 10 business days of order acceptance. Will I receive all of the merchandise I ordered at the same time? |

The accent items are shipped individually via UPS. If you have ordered several items, you may receive them in separate shipments on different days. Please note for some of our lamps, the base and shade may ship separately. Your packing list will indicate the contents of that particular shipment. |

Can I change my shipping instructions? |

zenconcept.com will not accept any requests for changes of shipping address after an order has been accepted and processed. How will furniture and upholstery deliveries be handled when you begin selling them on-line? |

We will be forwarding the information about furniture and upholstery orders on to our retail local retail store Zen Concept, Zen Furniture and Oriental Essence for delivery into a consumer's home. |
